A Racist “Dog Whistle”

Remember when “States Right’s” was a racist “Dog Whistle”. It wasn’t that long ago. Now though, places like California have re-discovered the tenth amendment.

After the infamous leak of the draft decision regarding Roe v. Wade, the left is scrambling. Never mind that the decision hasn’t been handed down, and the draft is just that, a draft. It appears that the realization that Roe v. Wade was poorly reasoned and found things the Constitution and the fourteenth amendment never included could be overturned has reminded them that for fifty years they failed to act to codify the so-called right to an abortion into law, so now they’re going to take advantage of the tenth amendment.

Hypocritical? Yep.

But then, that’s the left all around.

Overturning Roe v. Wade would be a very good thing. It would by no means be a ban on the murder of the unborn since the draft opinion returns the issue to the people and their representatives. And, of course, to Congress, where all attempts to codify abortion into law have failed. We’ll probably see an effort to change that soon, after all, for the left the right to an abortion is sacred. That’s an interesting word. Here’s what The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition has to say about sacred.

sacred

sā′krĭd

adjective

  1. Dedicated to or set apart for the worship of a deity.
  2. Worthy of religious veneration.
  3. Made or declared holy.

In my opinion abortion is nothing short of murder. Here’s what The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition has to say about murder.

murder

mûr′dər

noun

  1. The killing of another person without justification or excuse, especially the crime of killing a person with malice aforethought or with recklessness manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life.

Of course, the left says a woman is justified in killing her unborn child because it would inconvenience her. But the child, born or not, is still a person, and abortion is most certainly a pre-planned act that kills a person and manifests an extreme indifference to the value of human life.

The notion that the right to commit murder is sacred is really backwards isn’t it? Why the left will even tell you that the pro-life movement is rooted in racism. Let’s forget about the fact that the current President of the United States himself was a segregationist. The left is even hypocritical about that.

Segregation by race is evil, and was one of the reasons for the civil rights movement in the first place. Rather, it was evil when white people were doing the segregating. Now the children of the people who protested against segregation are the ones doing the segregating, demanding that white people stay out of their spaces. Pardon me if I don’t go sit in the back of the bus. And let’s not forget that Martin Luther King was apparently a racist when he said that he had a dream where one day his children would be judged on the content of their character, and not the color of their skin. But color-blindness is racist today, and anyone who doesn’t toe the leftist party line is judged as not being worthy of the color of their skin.

Planned Parenthood was founded with racist and eugenic motives. The idea being that by offering abortions the black population would destroy its future generations. Today, abortion takes more black lives than any other race.

There is nothing sacred about murder. There is nothing sacred about abortion. And now we see it. The leftists that decried “state’s rights” as a racist “dog whistle” when they were busy tearing down statues of Lincoln are now using the tenth amendment, that is state’s rights, to preserve their “sacrament.”

As a fellow blogger says, “We’re gonna need a lot of millstones to clean this up.”

  1. smh I used to say that if leftists didn’t have double standards, they’d have no standards at all, but that does not quite fit the “maelstrom of wild and crazy” that best describes the chaotic evil that comprises leftist thought nowadays (for values of “thought” that indicate both crafty plotting of evil one the one hand and slavish drinking of toxic sludge on the other).

As for the leak. . . despite lacking any evidence to date, one has to consider the possibility that the “leak” is intended to rouse the basest of the base into action to prevent the (de facto) outlawing of one of their Sacraments of Satan. It could be. . . shrugs But, since the FBI is “investigating” we will probably never know what really happened.
