For those we lost, We will not forget 09/11/2001 “Our God given unalienable rights are given to us all as individuals. They tell us what we may do for ourselves, and they are the embodiment of liberty. The so-called rights that government gives to some of us are parcelled out to select groups as classes. They tell us what one class of people may require another to do for them, and they are the very essence of slavery.”

I am a Marxist

O.K. I admit it. I’ve long been a fan of Marx. I know that he’s a relic of a bygone era, but he had talent and ability that I wish I had when I’m trying to articulate my thoughts.

Oh, I’m certainly not talking about the Marx that appears to inspire so much of the recent economic activity that our government is engaging in. After all, as far as I’m concerned, Karl Marx has been discredited for a long time — since even before he was born. No, I’m talking about Groucho!

And thanks to Angel for reminding me to laugh.
