Some people are so unethical that they'll do just about anything to boost their search engine rankings. Things like attempting to hack their way into someone's web site to get a few links.
This "Comment" was trapped by ASP.NET. The person sending it didn't even bother to open a page on the site, they tried to hack their way in and got trapped by ASP.NET because they used an invalid length Base-64 string as a "ViewState" form field. I've deleted all of the URLs and links in their drivel.

At least this fool finished with "Thanks". They weren't finished though. They finally got the correct length Base-64 string and got past ASP.NET (they had a 1 in 4 chance after all). Since it was an otherwise correctly formed form POST and since I haven't been using the EnableViewStateMAC attribute on my pages it got through. No problem, that's why I have a SPAM filter like AKismet.

Complete and utter gibberish. About the only thing that really stands out is this person wants to sell some drugs and they'll do anything to do it. Including unethical things like trying to force web site operators to carry their ads for them without paying for it.
Ninety percent of my bandwidth is used by crap like this, although this is some of the worst gibberish to come over the wire in a while.
It's all motivated by one thing. Greed.
