For those we lost, We will not forget 09/11/2001 “Our God given unalienable rights are given to us all as individuals. They tell us what me may do for ourselves, and they are the embodiment of liberty. The so-called rights that government gives to some of us are parcelled out to select groups as classes. They tell us what one class of people may require another to do for them, and they are the very essence of slavery.”

I ran across this on Diary of the Mad Pigeon. I figured I'd give it a try.

I must say the results surprised me a bit. It's been quite some time since I lived in the South, and the part of Florida where I lived isn't exactly Southern accent territory, neither is the part of Virginia where I lived before that.

What American accent do you have?

Southern. Love it or hate it, your accent says you're probably from somewhere south of the Ohio River.

Take this quiz now - it's easy!
We're going to start with "cot" and "caught." When you say those words do they sound the same or different?
