For those we lost, We will not forget 09/11/2001 “Our God given unalienable rights are given to us all as individuals. They tell us what me may do for ourselves, and they are the embodiment of liberty. The so-called rights that government gives to some of us are parcelled out to select groups as classes. They tell us what one class of people may require another to do for them, and they are the very essence of slavery.”

The downgrade continues. I finally got all of my drivers updated, and got all of the updates from Windows Update installed for them. I also installed my ATI multimedia center, and I can record television on the PC again.

I finished installing Visual Studio 2003 and stopped there for the evening. I'll install service pack 1 for Visual Studio 2003 in the morning, followed by SQL Server 2000.

Tomorrow night, I'll install Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005, and the service packs. Tuesday night I'll install Office 2007.

Then I have about 15 or 20 smaller applications to install. And games. Lots of games.

Things are almost back to normal.

This is your open trackbacks post for Monday, March 19, 2007.

I installed service pack 1 for Visual Studio this morning.

I wasn't able to find my SQL Server 2000 CD, so I haven't installed it. I did install SQL Server MSDE though, so I can work on updates to the website's database now.

Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 are installed. I'll install the service packs tonight, and I'll probably also install Office 2007 tonight.
