Commenter UI modified

Too many people are having consistent trouble commenting using the FreeTextBox control I use for posting and commenting. I think it may be related to using it in the Rich Editing mode, so I've switched it over to the basic TEXTAREA display. I don't allow very much formatting of comments anyway, so the control was probably overkill, at least for commenting.

I've never had a problem using it for posting. That's why I don't understand why it sometimes doesn't work for commenting. And I have had problems using it for commenting myself.

Hopefully now I'll see fewer empty comments.

On the plus side, using the TEXTAREA instead of the Rich Editing mode seems to fix some rendering problems on 800x600 displays.

The new comment UI allows some limited HTML formatting. Just enter your tags right in the comment box.
It will filter out script, so don't bother.
Of course if it doesn't filter out script, I'll disable HTML in comments altogether.
