Something in the water

Well, the power outage only lasted a couple of hours here. There's still no explanation for what caused it. Interestingly enough, I noted earlier that the other neighborhoods that intertwine with ours often are without power while ours is on.
They also suffered from the power outage. Unfortunately for them, their power is still out and may not be back until tomorrow.
While our power is back, and I've got Internet at home, there's a new problem. Our water supply has gone bad. When we run the tap, the water looks bad. Run the tap for a little while and it turns brown.
Yuck! I hope it clears up before morning. I'd hate to take a shower in that muck.
