Progressives... that's a name that liberals have taken for themselves, implying that they are all about progress. By taking this name, they imply that if you oppose their views you are against progress.

Progress towards what? Or perhaps it's progress away from something?

Socialism on the left, and Republicanism on the right... the progress that they want is to the left.

Not all change is good.
