I've been tagged for the Christmas Meme by Lemuel at Hillbilly White Trash. This is how it works.

Ok, this is how it works: The player (me) must list 3 things that I would love to get for Christmas. Then I must list 3 things that I definitely do not want to get for Christmas. Then I tag 5 friends and list their names. The one I tag needs to write on their blogs about their Christmas wishes then tag 5 more people. They must also clarify all the rules. When you tag someone you need to leave a comment that says “you’ve been Christmas tagged!” in their comments and tell them to read your blog. Ok everybody..

So here are three things I want for Christmas:

  1. A turbo kit and some maintenance work on my PT Cruiser.
  2. A big enough garage to put all of my toys in.
  3. Internet access everywhere I go.

Here are three things I don't want for Christmas:

  1. A one-way ticket to Tehran.
  2. A tunnel to replace the Alaskan Way Viaduct
  3. A flat tire.

Thank you for the honor! And thank you for prodding me into getting back over to my original site. I havn't been using it much because Blogger and Wordpress - the software over at NW Blogger, where I have been making a nuisance of myself - are just different enough to be maddening...

BTW, what is your software? That's the fastest load I've had in a while...

I'll expand on the game a little...

I want: A new job; a tractor for my small farm - or big garden, if you prefer... And the ear of GWB long enough to say the following: "Become the nuclear President. Nuclear power is the answer to most all of our energy and environmental troubles - at least for a while."

I'll think later about what I don't want...

I wouldn't say you're a nuisance over there at NWBloggers.com. You're a blogger, and you're from the Northwest, so you fit right in. The fact that your politics are on the opposite side of the aisle should keep the rest of us on our toes. I'd much rather have an honest debate with someone I don't agree with than to be preaching to the choir or be totally ignored.
The software on this blog is my own. I've written all of it, with the exception of the XMLRPC base classes (you can get the code for those at XMLRPC.COM, the AKismet anti-spam software, and the rich text control used in the commenting UI (available from FreeTextBox.com).
