“Our God given unalienable rights are given to us all as individuals. They tell us what me may do for ourselves, and they are the embodiment of liberty.
The so-called rights that government gives to some of us are parcelled out to select groups as classes. They tell us what one class of people may require another to do for them, and they are the very essence of slavery.”— Perri Nelson, February 9, 2010

So I'm sure by now you are absolutely sick of hearing about Mark Foley, the former Republican congressman that resigned in disgrace over lewd emails and instant messages he sent to a "minor" (who turned out to be above the age of consent in Washington D.C.). We all know how the news media treated that scandal.
I've suspected for a long time that if Mark Foley were a Democrat he would have been praised for his behavior. Well Stop the ACLU has the perfect example. Gerry Studds. Here we have a congressman that actually got an underage minor drunk in order to sodomize him.
What happened to the congressman? Not much of consequence. Why Chuck Schumer, one of the people calling for Dennis Hastert's head, even voted against the censure of this perverted person.
Hypocrisy, thy name is the Democratic Party!
