Global warming is happening, but is it really anthropogenic?

Say anything against the current global warming hysteria and you're likely to be branded a heretic. There are even people that want to try global warming skeptics the way war criminals were tried at Nuremberg! According to the conventional wisdom, global warming is caused by Western Civilization and our consumption of fossil fuels resulting in increased CO2 in the atmosphere, resulting in increased trapping of thermal radiation from the Earth by the atmosphere. Never mind the fact that we produce CO2 simply by breathing. Never mind that water vapor is the single most powerful greenhouse gas in the atmosphere.
Now it turns out that global warming may actually be caused by the sun. That's right, by the sun. It seems that during the 20th Century the sun's magnetic field increased. Because of that, fewer cosmic rays reached the Earth's atmosphere. Fewer cosmic rays meant less cloud cover. Less cloud cover meant less solar radiation reflected back into space, so more radiation reached the Earth's surface, where it was converted into infrared radiation and trapped by the greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere. The net effect of all of this may be as much as 7 times the net effect of all of the greenhouse gas emissions produced by man since the industrial revolution!
Don't just take my word for it. And if you don't believe Steven Milloy, how about Henrik Svensmark and Eigil Friis-Christensen? They were saying the sun was likely the cause of global warming over 10 years ago. Now they can back it up with experimental evidence, which in my opinion beats the heck out of a computer simulation. But then what do I know? I only write software for a living, so I wouldn't know how easy it is to write a simulation that confirms whatever you want it to...
Whatever you do, don't bring me up before the Hague!
